Below are a few examples of niche affiliate websites. I am showcasing a couple of my students who are doing a great job with their websites and currently 1 of mine.
Use these examples as a way to see how we layout our sites and products that we are promoting.
You will have to copy the URLs and paste them into your browser though as I did not want to artificially create an unrelated link to any of these sites.
Niche Demo #1: howtoconceiveababy.org
This is a nice site created by a student of mine named Dawn. Dawn is doing a great job of putting up unique content here. Very little of the content on this one is outsourced but even the outsourced stuff reads very well.
This is a very narrow niche market that focuses on conception.
I really like the personal touch to the site. Notice her use of video and her own image to help with the sites trust and personal feel.
Dawn also blends in her affiliate marketing on the site by simply recommending products that will help people in their quest.
Niche Demo #2: muscleoldschool.com
This is a great “topic” style niche. The niche isn’t just the “build more muscle niche” this niche focuses on old school work outs for amazing results.
Brent Partner, one of my students, is doing an outstanding job with this one. Plus, he’s built a heck of a community on Facebook with this one! I am anxious to see where he takes this niche as he continues to grow the site.
This is just an example of how you can break into an extremely competitive niche by simply finding a sub niche within.
Niche Demo #3: 4ktvreviews.org
This site is a review style site that focuses on 4K TVs. Notice the post layouts and separation of text and images.
Notice a direct focus on the images standing out. This helps convert sales.
The write-ups are detailed and made to give the facts. Notice in the reviews there is no hard selling at all.
This site I created and ranked within a month for several keywords. It made it’s first sale in under 60 days.
Notice, Adsense is placed in some of the key hot spots to help increase some of the sites revenue. This is a good mixture between Adsense ads and affiliate products.
Niche Demo #4: Gimme-Golf.com
This is a niche site created by one of my students named Mark. Mark loves to golf and decided to create a niche site to show his expertise.
This is a branded style of niche site and the goal he has is to be in a more broad niche rather than a smaller sub niche. You’ll notice his title for the homepage isn’t really focusing on a specific keyword, but, rather his brand.
However, he is focusing on keywords on many of his site’s inner pages.
He is doing a great job with the tutorials on here and he is focused on create his own videos for Youtube to bring in additional traffic.
Niche Demo #5: Coffee Pot Review: http://percolatorcoffeepot.org
He has this site monetized with both Adsense and affiliate programs. Brent does a great job of creating relevant content with a neat and clean look.
